Julita Stankevic known by her stage name Femii was born on the 24th of February in Vilnius, Lithuania located in Northern Europe, the southernmost of the three Baltic states.
Love for music appeared in childhood. Than she loved to listen various music styles. Interest in electronic music emerged at age of 15.
She discovered that computer is not only for playing and chating and started using Dj’ing softwares. She listened music of Sander Kleinenberg, Tiga, Cicada, Booka Shade, Fedde Le Grand, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy. But for her it was not enought and she tried to DJ’ing in private parties.
Femii is spending the most of her free time searching really good music and playing it.There are a lot of music genres she is interested in, but the most is Minimal Techno and Tech House.
Invited to host episode 14 on Insomniafm because of her unique style and passion, the first word you think of when it comes to Femii‘s music. Since her first contact with it, his achievements have included playing with sounds, composing melodic lines and innovation.
