Alison Wonderland new warehouse tour

Back in 2014, Alison Wonderland staged some of the loosest parties Australia’s ever seen when she played at warehouses around the country. The ‘Warehouse Project’ tour concept was such a hit that she did it again a year later and, now, Wonderland’s bringing it back for round three in 2017.

The Sydney producer will hit Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in early December, before hopping over to Auckland for one show. Unlike the first two Warehouse tours, this one — dubbed the ‘Wonderland Scarehouse’ tour — will have a distinctly horror-themed bent, each gig taking place on farms at undisclosed locations (no noise complaints here, folks).

“As someone who is a music lover, for me shows are a way to escape the real world and I want everyone who comes to leave with the same experience,” says Wonderland. “This is the third time we have worked on the warehouse project idea and it’s going to be bigger and better every time. I want this to be crazier than all the ones which came before.”

Aside from playing mainstages at EDC and Electric Forest, and has been hard at work on her upcoming second record. The followup to 2015’s Run will be dropping later this year, meaning she’ll be coming home well-armed with new tunes.
