Tuff Club, the first pop-up club in the Singapore’s underground scene

Party innovators, The Council has been at the forefront of Singapore’s underground scene with their eclectic take on hosting events. They continue to live up to their reputation as one of the most forward thinking collectives in the city with the introduction of Tuff Club, the first pop-up club in the Lion City this April.

The Council’s well-deserved reputation comes from their stellar efforts in hosting a series of rooftop parties at Circular Road, transforming a dance studio into a full-fledged one night only rave, a surprise rooftop carpark invasion and various industrial warehouse parties. Needless to say, The Council are masters when it comes to utilising unexpected spaces to give their punters a unique party experience.

Imagine noshing on Cantonese favourites like salt-baked chicken and pork buns at a bustling yet unassuming Chinese restaurant in the CBD for lunch and dinner, and then seeing it transformed into an intimate dance floor late at night. Tuff Club is set to be a game changer in the local scene where music is secondary at various locations in the city.

Tuff Club is a vibrant space that aims to bring back all the fun on the dance floor with music as the primary focus for three months beginning in April. The Council will be curating the music programming with a lineup of the best selectors from Singapore and around Asia.

Are you ready to experience a total body workout at this all-new dance haven for night owls and insomniacs. In the words of The Council: “It’s leg day everyday at Tuff Club, so why run when you can dance?”
