Building upon the success of the HDJ-X5, Pioneer DJ announces the latest addition to its HDJ-X-series headphones, the HDJ-X5BT, which is available in gloss white, metallic red, and metallic black. The HDJ-X5BT are designed to be flexible in any situation and help DJs practice, prepare, and perform wherever they go. With the integrated Bluetooth technology, the headphones cater to any situation at home or on the go. Connect the included cable and use them for comfortable DJ’ing in the club. Whether you go wireless or not, the HDJ-X5BT headphones offer the same outstanding audio quality, durability, and functionality as the original HDJ-X5 model.
To ensure the best fidelity and performance, the HDJ-X5BT utilize Bluetooth version 4.2 and support A2DP, AVRCP, HSP, and HFP profiles, as well as SBC, AAC, Qualcomm aptX, and Qualcomm aptX Low Latency codecs. A three-hour charge offers approximately 20 hours of playback, and thanks to the built-in microphone, you can talk hands-free on calls when the headphones are connected to your phone.
Like the HDJ-X5, the BT model offers the same professional-quality 40mm drivers, which provide a frequency response of 5 Hz to 30 kHz with a sensitivity of 104 dB and result in high-resolution audio with well-balanced tuning. The bass reflex chambers in the housing allow the airflow to deliver a precise and impactful bass response with sound insulation. All HDJ-X series headphones are rigorously tested and meet the US Military Standard MIL-STD-810G shock test, ensuring the headphones will survive the rigors of on-the-road wear and tear.
The HDJ-X5BT offer flexible functionality and security when DJing. Once the 1.2m coiled cable is inserted, all Bluetooth and other buttons are automatically disabled. The swivel mechanism and flexible headband allow for single-ear monitoring and allow the headphones to be folded into an easy-to-carry design. The headphones include a ¼” stereo plug adapter (threaded), and a USB charging cable.
