Spotify Most-Streamed Dance Tracks 2017

The end of year lists are well and truly raining down upon us, and now Spotify has crunched the numbers to reveal the most-streamed dance tracks of the last year — and the results probably won’t surprise you.

US frat boy duo The Chainsmokers have made it into the ranking three times, with their track ‘Something Just Like This’ topping the list, with ‘Paris’ and 2016 hit ‘Closer’ coming in at #3 and #7 respectively.

Norwegian producer Kygo comes in at #2 with his track ‘It Ain’t Me’, while Zedd and Alessia Cara take out #4 with ‘Stay’ Plenty of the tracks in the ranking were actually released back in 2016 — ‘Let Me Love You’, ‘Starboy’, ‘Rockabye’ — but have clearly carried their popularity well into this year.
