Marko Tripkovic a.k.a. Marek Tripkowsky was born in Niksic, Montenegro, in 1989. His first touch with electronic music was created by his brother who lived in Hamburg in Germany. Every time he came to visit him, he was bringing some fresh music from artists like Pornbugs, Roman Flugel, Moonbootica etc. Since first time he get to this kind of music he started buying pretty much all house / techno cd’s he could find at the local stores. Love for the beats began to spread and also the wish to try himself as a DJ. He bought his first pair of pioneer’s legendary cdj’s 100s after he finished high school, and that’s where the magic starts.
So far, Marek played at festivals like EXIT (Novi Sad), Sea Dance (Budva), Refresh (Kotor) and Bedem fest in his hometown Niksic.
As a producer he marked his first beats in 2011, releasing ‘Trumpetology‘ EP for Ikanos Records from Belgrade, and getting support from names like Roger Sanchez, Umek, Alex Kenji and others. After that he signed EP’s and remixes for various labels including Muzicasa, Zero Urban, Bedroom Muzik, Mad Mole, The Purr, Divers, Fever Sound etc.
His music style goes from very deep house to tech house and techno music, depending on mood and the crowd. Just keep it deep and sexy, as he likes to say.
