After the success of 2011, we return once again with the best electronic music around with the high expectations created in 2011 to make this day a very special start to 2012.

We return to where it all started, the Palace Vistalegre, with a completely renovated space, a new entrance and the very best production so that can enjoy the festival to satisfy all your needs. But, most importantly, we are back because like you we feel and live Electronica. That's why, we feel a desire to bring you a program of International and national artists that represent the present underground sound.

The 2012 edition of Madrid's Day One Festival, taking place on New Year's Day, will be headlined by Richie Hawtin. Set to go down at the Palacio Vistalegre, an indoor arena in southwest Madrid, Day One Festival is one of Spain's largest annual New Year's events. Luciano, Gaiser and Guti are each locked in for DJs sets, with Marco Carola slated to go back-to-back with Loco Dice and Robert Babicz sharing the decks with Reboot. Spanish techno artist Oscar Mulero will showcase his upfront and aggressive sound, while electroclash favourite Vitalic will touch down for a rare set in the city. Barem, Paco Osuna and Ambivalent are all confirmed as well.
