JonQPublik - Intervals EP

JonQPublik has been dj'ing since 2001, most frequently under the Freespace guise with dj partner EricOrbit. Jon began dabbling with production in 2005, with a more serious approach beginning about 2008. After he won the remix contest for Plutoid by Luke Fair in 2012, comes with a new EP releasing his unique style of weepy electronics slouching towards oblivion.

Inversals EP contains four tracks, each one is a reference to a time of day, as well as a moment in a relationship.

The whole thing has that distinctly Autechre sheen of indifferent chrome, scrambling emotion set inside malfunctioning computer music, uncoiling any number of sounds around them, creating something that alternates between hedging peace and hectic chaos.
