Biography
Cristiano Repetti (aka Special One DJ) is an italian DiJ based in Piacenza (Italy).After being fan of electronic music since several time, only from few years he turns his listener status into an active way to interact with music. Feeling inside the motivation to express a personal kind of sensations, he moved around some kind of genres, from euphoric anthem of trance music, to deep and underground styles as techno, deep house, and most of all deep and dark progressive house.
Introducing his career through some webradios, he was quickly experienced and he's very appreciate from audience thanks to his hypnotic and dreaming style of selections and mixes. Even if he's no more a "younger" DJ, it's not common the maniacal attention in music choice and technical skill than other DJs: a DJ set must be a intense journey, in his point of view, and he build it everytime with particular obligation.
From few months he's spending time digging in Progressive House, and he takes inspiration from names as Soundprank, Allan V, Andrew Bayer, Matteo Monero, Hazem Beltagui, Hypnotic Duo, Manu Riga, Matt Lange and many others.
Actually he's most known in trance scenery and trough his website or iTunes Podcast, he provide periodically a Vocal Trance compilation, called "Side by Side in Trance", from december 2010.
