Biography
Ella Bakes aka Graciellita, is a singer/songwriter/producer based in Montreal, Qc, Canada.She started out primarily as a singer/songwriter on the west coast of Canada, Vancouver, being the vocalist in a jazz ensemble. She moved to Montreal to explore the music scene that she called closer to home and joined different bands as part of a learning curve to the performance experience. She's made a name for herself over the years with releases of several collaborative eps/albums.

In 2011 she started to dive into the world of production and experiment with sound, on the way to discover her own signature style, influenced by simple feelings and big dreams. She released eps of her personal work on record labels, receiving many positive reviews that encouraged her to continue her musical journey.She realised that a lot of favorite innovative music and new genres receive little exposure for the talent and creativity that artists present today. To promote her new musical styles and that of her fellow artists, she joins Insomnia Radio, as Ella Bakes to give you the most ecclectic of today's fresh sounds from across the world and beyond.
