Biography
Playing music has always been the only sanctuary to Rima Taha. Music for many is a way to release from the binds of the world, losing yourself into the music and leave everything else behind, Rima has been able to offer this gift to the crowd destroying the ties, and refreshing their souls.
Rima Taha is an independent artist formerly known by STIGMATA that was created by her and ex-partner Ziad Haddad; they decided to go on separate ways creating a name for them each one on his own. Rima is now known by the name of ARTEMIS.
In 2009 she made a huge jump as she succeeded in taking the 4th place by competing against 3000 DJs from all around the world in “les jeux de la francophonie” ( franko Electro). She has been to different countries in the Middle East, played in many different clubs and for international DJS as Kintar and others in Lebanon.
After the success that she achieved by going solo under the name of Artemis she launched a sequence of online shows under the name of “The Untouchable Vibes”, this show has become very popular from its first editions, and the number of listeners increased massively on every episode this show (we are not anonymous we are underground).
Artemis started production adding her very special twist and giving her personal identity on her music, she will be delivering in the future her first album. She is dedicated to her career, and she is preparing other shows for her crowd in Lebanon and all around the world.
On 2012, Artemis join Insomniafm with her exclusive radio show called "Space Cake" and promise to bring the new vibes from Deep house / Techno / Progressive.
