Biography
Born in Cairo, Egypt. Karim Zidan began his career with the mindset to bring out Egypt's potential for greatness in the world of electronic music. After five years on guitar, Zidan made the transition from acoustic strings to the wonders of house music.
The 19 year-old has only been DJing for 3 years.
He first bought a Pioneer CDJ set just after his 16th birthday, then grew bored with it and progressed to the wonders of electronic live sets production on Ableton Live. Juggling between tech-house and progressive house with a slight twist of techno, Zidan's sets incorporate many complex elements that create his unique sound. As time has gone by, his sets have begun to include minimalistic elements that show the growth and maturity of his selection.
Along with his evolving sets, Zidan focused his ever-growing thirst for knowledge and experience to the vast field of music production. His role models range from big legend names like Eric Prydz, Deadmau5 and Joris Voorn to the new and intriguing sounds of underground favourites Opuswerk, PleasureKraft and Mancy.
